                              RESOLUTION NO. 21255
                 
                 
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF 
                 THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION TO ENTER 
                 INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH CLM ENGINEERING 
                 ASSOCIATES, INC., RELATIVE TO THE RIVERMONT 
                 PARK BOAT RAMP AND DOCK FACILITY.
                 
                 
                                                     
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Administrator of the Department 
       of Parks and Recreation be and is hereby authorized to enter into 
       an Agreement with CLM Engineering Associates, Inc., relative to 
       the creation of a new, expanded and improved boat ramp and dock 
       facility at Rivermont Park, for an amount not to exceed 
       $31,000.00.
